Notice of Proposed Bylaw Amendments

On November 1, 2021, the College of Dietitians of British Columbia’s (CDBC) Board of Directors approved amendments to the College’s bylaws that are subject to the notice requirements described in section 19(6.2) of the Health Professions Act.

The proposed amendments include the addition of finance and governance committees, the ability for the quality assurance committee to form a panel, the registrar’s authority to dispose of complaints under section 32(3) of the Act,  clarification of marketing rules around specialty, and updated approved programs of study.
